Kale Chips

What Ya Need:

Dehydrator

A bunch of Kale
Raw Cashew Butter or Raw Cashews (made into a butter)
Nutritional Yeast
Olive Oil (optional)
Apple Cider Vinegar
Garlic
Cayenne Pepper
Black Pepper
Paprika

De-stem the kale and rinse thoroughly

Blend, a clove of garlic, 1 T of apple cider vinegar,

About 1/4 C of nutritional yeast (or more if you wish)

1 T of olive oil (I plan to omit it next time I make this recipe)

3 - 5 T of cashew butter, depending on how creamy you want it

Add the cayenne pepper, black pepper and paprika to taste and add in any other spices you wish!

Pour the mixture over the kale leaves and massage until all of them are coated.

Place the leaves on your dehydrator trays and dehydrate at 115° for about four hours, until the leaves are crispy!
